Thank you for your interest in trying the Lenore wearable breast pump. This trial is designed to help busy mums test our pump in their daily routine with minimal risk. Below are the simple terms and steps.

Trial Offer

    • Trial fee: $100 total (includes a $50 refundable deposit).
    • Refund: $50 refundable when the pump is returned in good condition within 7 days.
    • Trial period: 7 days from the delivery date.
    • Hygiene: Each trial includes full sanitized silicone parts (flanges, valve, diaphragm, nipple inserts & collection cups). We ensure parts are changed every 3 months for optimum suction.
    • If you buy after trial: $50 deposit can be deducted from the purchase price.
    • Postage: Only the return postage is borne by the customer.

How it works

    1. Sign-Up: Fill out our short trial Google form here (name, phone, address, baby age, and agreement to terms).
    2. Payment: Pay the $100 trial fee via provided payment link.
    3. Dispatch: We ship the pump with care instructions and the return deadline clearly marked. We will bear the postage for posting out.
    4. Trial: Use the pump for up to 7 days. Please take care and follow hygiene instructions.
    5. Return: Pack the pump in the original box and return it within 7 days via provided return method.
    6. Refund: Once we receive the pump in good condition, we process the $50 refund within 7 business days. Please provide the bank account to be credited.
    7. Purchase Option: If you choose to purchase, we will apply the $50 deposit as a discount toward the full price.

Simple Terms

    • The pump remains the property of Appleoffsprings during the trial period.
    • The $50 portion is refundable if the pump is returned in good, working condition with no missing parts within 7 days of delivery.
    • The non-refundable $50 covers new hygiene parts cleaning, postage, and handling.
    • If the pump is returned damaged or missing parts, Appleoffsprings reserves the right to withhold part or all of the refundable portion to cover repair or replacement costs.
    • By joining the trial, you agree to these terms and to use the pump responsibly.

Return & Refund Process

    • We will bear the postage of delivery the pumps, however the return postage will be borne by the customer.
    • On receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please do provide the bank account to be credited.
    • If you decide to purchase instead, we will deduct the $50 refundable deposit from the final invoice.
